Reservation Rules:
• 30% Horizontal reservation for Women (8% for widows, 2% for divorcees)
• 5% for More Backward Class (MBC)
• 10% for Economically Weaker Section (EWS)
• Reservation only for Rajasthan domicile candidates
• Married women: Caste certificate based on father's income only

Certificate Requirements:
• EWS Certificate: Issued within 6 months by competent authority
• Caste Certificate: Issued by competent authority, within 6 months for BC/MBC
• SC/ST Certificate: Issued before last application date
• Income Certificate: For fee concession (family income < ₹2.5L)
• Widow/Divorcee: Death certificate/Divorce decree
• Marriage Registration: Compulsory for appointment
