On the homepage, click on "Recruitment" or "Admit Card" section

Find the link for "Computer Operator Grade-A Recruitment 2025 – Admit Card"

Step 4

Enter your OTR Registration Number / Roll Number and Date of Birth / Password

Step 5

Click on "Submit" or "Login" button

Step 6

Your Admit Card will appear on screen with Candidate Name, Roll Number, Exam Date, Time, and Centre Address

Step 7

Download the Admit Card PDF and take a color printout (mandatory for exam hall)

• AND any one of the following Computer Qualifications:
  → 'O' Level from DOEACC/NIELIT
  → 1 Year Diploma in Computer from recognized institute
  → Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT/Electronics from recognized board
  → B.Sc. IT / BCA / MCA / B.Tech / 'A' Level / 'B' Level / 'C' Level
  → ITI COPA (52 weeks) from recognized institute
  → DIT from UPDESCO
  → Computer Science as subject in Graduation for minimum 1 year

Preferential Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years service in Territorial Army
• 'B' Certificate from NCC
• Computer Hardware & Networking course from recognized institute

Candidates appearing in final year are NOT eligible. Qualification must be acquired by last date of application.

Vertical Reservation

SC (21%), ST (2%), OBC (27%), EWS (10%) as per UP Govt rules

Horizontal Reservation

Women, Freedom Fighter Dependents, Ex-Servicemen (as per applicable rules)

Issued between 01 April 2025 to last date of application (Financial Year 2025-26)

Only Uttar Pradesh domicile candidates are eligible for reservation benefits (SC/ST/OBC/EWS).
EWS certificate must be issued between 01 April 2025 and last date of application (valid for FY 2025-26).
