Selection Process for RCF Management Trainee 2026
The RCF Management Trainee Selection Process consists of two main stages. Candidates must clear both stages to be finally selected for the one-year traineeship program.

Online Test (80% Weightage) – Computer Based Objective Test of 90 minutes containing 100 questions. 50 questions (2 marks each) are from the discipline-specific curriculum while 50 questions (1 mark each) cover General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and General Knowledge.
