Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a university recognized by UGC or AICTE.

You can also apply if you have Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (AMIE) in Civil Engineering.

Important Notes:

Your degree must be from a university established under Central or Telangana State Act
If you have done your degree through distance learning, the university must have recognition from UGC/Distance Education Bureau
Your result must be declared on or before the notification date (2nd June 2026)

Selected candidates will get a pay scale of ₹54,220 – ₹1,33,630 per month (Level of pay as per government rules).

Tie-Breaking Rules (if marks are equal)

If two or more candidates get the same total marks, then:

First priority: Local candidates of Telangana get higher rank
Second priority: Older candidate (by date of birth) gets higher rank
Third priority: Higher marks in subject paper (other than General Studies)
Fourth priority: Earlier date of passing the qualifying exam
Fifth priority: Higher percentage in qualifying exam
