Preliminary Examination (if conducted – 100 marks, 90 minutes)

• Numerical Ability / Quantitative Aptitude – 35 questions
• Reasoning Ability / Mental Ability – 35 questions
• Hindi Language and General English – 20 questions
• Co-operative – 10 questions

Main Examination (120 questions, 200 marks, 120 minutes)

• Step 1: Preliminary Examination (online, if number of applications is high) – Qualifying only
• Step 2: Main Examination (online, 200 marks) – Merit basis
• Step 3: Interview (Personality Test) – For Category-1 and Category-2 posts
• Step 4: Skill Test / Proficiency Test – For Category-3 posts (typing/steno where required)
• Step 5: Document Verification and Medical Examination

• Read the advertisement carefully before filling the application form.
• Keep your Roll Number and Password safe for future login.
• Use your own/parents' mobile number and email ID – all communication will be sent there.
• Scan documents as per the given size and format (JPG/JPEG, 200 DPI).
• Handwritten declaration must be written in your own handwriting in English only.
• Signatures in CAPITAL LETTERS will not be accepted.
• Left hand thumb impression must be clear (use right thumb if left is not available).
• Carry original photo ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, PAN, Passport, Driving License) on exam day.
• Ration Card and Learner's Driving License are NOT valid ID proofs.
• Admit Card will be available online only – no hard copy will be sent by post.
• Mobile phones and electronic devices are NOT allowed in the exam hall.
• PwD candidates can use scribe (at own expense) – must register in application form.
• Separate applications are required for different posts/groups.
• Post preference once filled cannot be changed.
• No change request will be accepted after final submission.
