The CBSE Class 12 Result 2026 is expected to be announced in the second week of May 2026 by the Central Board of Secondary Education. Over 18.5 lakh students appeared for the class 12 board exams held from February 17 to April 10, 2026. Students can check their 12th CBSE result 2026 on official websites like cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in, and cbseresults.nic.in. To check the result, students need their roll number, school number, and admit card ID. The result will also be available on DigiLocker, UMANG app, and through SMS. Students must score at least 33 percent marks in each subject to pass the exam. Those who fail in one or two subjects can appear for the compartment exam. After the result, students can apply for re-evaluation or get a photocopy of their answer sheet. The CBSE 12th result 2025 was declared on May 13 with girls scoring 91.64 percent and boys scoring 85.70 percent. The online marksheet is provisional and students must collect the original from their school.
