UPSSSC Excise Constable 2026 – 722 Vacancies, Apply Online Begins
The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission has announced a total of 722 vacancies for the post of Excise Constable, also known as Aabkari Sipahi. This is a Group ‘C’ non-gazetted position under the Excise Commissioner Office in Prayagraj. Candidates who have passed their Intermediate (12th) examination from a recognized board are eligible to apply. The age limit is 18 to 40 years as of 1st July 2026, with relaxation for reserved categories as per government rules. The online application process started on 4th June 2026 and will continue until 24th June 2026. Only those candidates who appeared in UPSSSC PET 2025 can apply for this recruitment. The selection process includes a written mains examination, followed by physical measurement test and physical efficiency test. The final stage is document verification. Selected candidates will receive a salary in the range of ₹19,900 to ₹63,200 under pay level 2, along with dearness allowance, house rent allowance, and other benefits as per UP government rules.
